Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings and Payment
All classes must be paid for in advance of the session/term starting.
Payment can be made via bank transfer.
A place is only confirmed once payment has been received in full; your child will not be able to participate if full payment is not received.
Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect sessions already paid for.
Please make payment by the date agreed on your invoice, any late payments will be subject to a £10 late fee.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
All termly bookings are final.
If D2D Dance has to cancel a class (e.g. teacher illness, venue closure), an extra class to make up the session will be offered.
3. Attendance, Punctuality and Attire
Participants are asked to arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the class start time to allow time to settle in.
Persistent late arrival can be disruptive to the group and may affect a child's ability to safely take part in the warm-up, we ask parents/carers to support punctual arrival wherever possible.
Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent.
Leotard and tights/shorts/leggings are permitted only. Hair must be tied back in a bun or low ponytail. You must look like a dancer to feel like a dancer.
4. Photography, Video and Social Media Consent
By enrolling, you consent to D2D Dance taking photographs and videos of your child during classes, rehearsals, and performances for use on our website, social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and promotional materials.
If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before the start of the term, and we will ensure they are excluded from any shared content.
5. Health, Safety and Medical Information
Parents/carers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking, and update us if this changes.

Appropriate dancewear and footwear should be worn as advised for each class, loose jewellery should be removed for safety.
6. Behaviour
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards the dance teachers and other students.
D2D Dance reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a class, or to end their enrolment, in cases of repeated disruptive or unsafe behaviour, following discussion with parents/carers.
